Zubeen to be cremated with full state honours on Sep 23 near Guwahati: Himanta

Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma announced that popular singer Zubeen Garg will be cremated with full state honors on September 23 near Guwahati, respecting his family's wishes. While Jorhat residents desired the cremation there, the family cited the ailing condition of Garg's father as a reason for choosing Guwahati.
