Congress leader Adhir Ranjan Chowdhary wrote a letter to Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla urging him to consider revoking the suspension of 13 MPs, who were suspended from the Parliament on Thursday "for creating a ruckus" in the House over their demand for a statement on the breach.
