The Air Traffic Control Guild in India is planning to establish a mental health initiative called 'Critical Incident Stress Management' (CISM) for air traffic controllers. The system involves trained peers providing psychological support to controllers involved in critical incidents, reducing the impact of the stressful event. The initiative aims to train 30 controllers within a year using the CISM module developed by the International Critical Incident Stress Foundation.
