Malegaon blast case: Special court to hear all accused on October 3

BJP leader Sadhvi Pragya Singh Thakur has appeared before a special NIA court in the 2008 Malegaon blast case. Pragya Thakur's presence was required to record statements of all seven accused. One of the accused, Sudhakar Dwivedi, was granted exemption due to religious rituals. The other five accused were also present. Pragya Thakur arrived late and cited health issues.
