Day 2 of Parliament monsoon session: Congress vs BJP over Manipur viral video

The ongoing Manipur violence and the viral video of two women being paraded naked rocked both the Lok Sabha and the Rajya Sabha again on the second day of the monsoon session with the principal opposition Congress and the ruling BJP leaders slogging it out inside and outside Parliament.
