Udhampur IED blasts: NIA files chargesheets against 2 LeT men

Two civilians were injured in two separate IED blasts in parked buses within eight hours on September 28 and 29 in Udhampur district, barely four days ahead of a visit by Union home minister Amit Shah to J&K.
