Jammu and Kashmir National Conference president and former chief minister Dr Farooq Abdullah was due to address the Hindus for Labour event at the Hilton Hotel, Brighton, via video link on Wednesday as its keynote speaker. TOI has seen a letter from him confirming he would address the conference.
