Jind, Ramgarh bypoll results: Congress scores 100 in Rajasthan; relief for BJP in Jind

BJP wrests Jind in Haryana from INLD even as Randeep Singh Surjewala comes on the third position. Congress defeats BJP in Ramgarh in Rajasthan but is still short of majority in the western state.
